My whole brood likes to to spend endless time in the dining room, we almost live there. I got used to spending quality time in there because my momma is a Chef and my father, well he just wants to eat everything that mother serves on the table. It was because of my parent’s love for food that I wanted to have baking as a interest. I can clearly attest that I’ve become pretty competitive at it and have championed many state cake making awards throughout the years.

You can imagine my frustration when it became time for me to move out of our house and into a cramped rental for my college freshman year. It was sad enough that the kitchen was smaller than my old bathroom but I wasn’t permitted to provide heavy kitchen appliances such as an oven apparently it could potentially be a gas leak hazard.

I didn’t know what to do so I dialed mother up and asked her about my concern, She simply said “well its either we move you back into the house or we can get you a convection toaster oven” I guess it was kind and refreshing, I didn’t know why I hadn’t thought of ordering the best convection toaster oven as a baking apparatus for my flat. It has had a lot of advantages through the year, where friends would normally cramp my apartment because of what I can do with flour and a convection toaster oven.
